There are nights when it looks like there is not a cloud in the sky... and then you point a telescope at the stars and you start to see every wisp of cloud and they seem to all run towards you little patch of the sky. I started out trying to update the Pelican Nebula image I took early on... after 3 failed 5 mins exposures I dropped down to 60s exposures and then to 15s exposures... I haven't processed the images but I'm not expecting much given the had time I had keeping guiding going.
Luckily, when I first setup I grabbed a couple of minute long videos of the moon... after some registax time I came up with this... pretty cool, and to think we had people walking on that and hopefully soon will again.
