After watching a YouTube from Chuck's Astronomy and seeing how he was able to capture both Orion and Horsehead in the same frame I decided to give my first attempt at the Horsehead. It didn't rise until later in the evening and so I took about an hour of data for the Soul Nebula and the Spider & Fly Nebulas, though I haven't finished processing those. I was able to get almost 2 hours on the Horsehead nebula before the high clouds rolled in but it turned out pretty good.
One think I noticed during my imaging session was the large amount of satellite tracks in the left side of the image. I didn't think much of it cause usually those go away when you stack the images but this time, after processing 183 - 30s subs it almost looks like an old-west image on the right hand side... I'm sure there are other ways to process those out but until I learn that I will just go with what I have.
